  37. 7+ years applications development experience; 2+ specifically Object 
  38. Oriented Design and C++ with proven delivery of OO projects.  Must be 
  39. capable of mentoring team members on OO methodologies.  A strong 
  40. understanding of client/server technology is required.

  44. 3+ years applications development experience; must have worked on full

  71. excellence is also required -- knowledge of client/server, distributed 
  72. computing environments, network architectures and other current 
  73. technologies is essential.

  90. tools to ensure proper use and ease of use by the development
